8 Signs That Your Body Is Too Acidic

The following health issues are caused by an acidic body:

  • Lack of energy and chronic fatigue
  • Weight gain, obesity and diabetes
  • Bladder and kidney infections
  • Headaches, confusion, sleepiness
  • Joint pain, aching muscles and lactic acid accumulation
  • Sciatica, lumbago, stiff neck
  • Allergies, acne
  • Heart issues, arrhythmia, tachycardia

In order to prevent too much acidity in your body you need to effectively alkaline your body. To alkaline your body you should be doing the following:

  • avoid soda, coffee and sugar
  • do not consume processed foods
  • avoid acidic foods
  • consume green salads, such as collard greens and lettuce leaves
  • drink lots of Alkaline Water

It is of utmost importance to be aware of the effects of acidity on your health, and constantly maintain a healthy balance of your body in order to prevent all kinds of illnesses and health conditions.
